Laura Villasenor

Laura Villaseñor is an attorney with a background in complex civil litigation and transactional matters, including intellectual property, labor and employment, entertainment and securities. She has experience in various phases of pre-litigation and litigation, such as settlement negotiations, pleadings, law and motion, discovery, summary judgments, and general trial preparation.

Beginning her legal career with Ropers Majeski in their Los Angeles office, Laura focused on trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, and labor and employment cases. She later joined Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in their Century City office, where she represented insurers in complex coverage and litigation matters. Her current practice primarily focuses on labor and employment matters, handling claims of race, gender, age, and disability discrimination and harassment under FEHA, wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, and IIED.

After earning a double B.A. in both Rhetoric & Communication and in Italian from University of California, Davis, Laura went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in Silicon Valley. She served as President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, dedicated to advancing the ideals of liberty and equal justice under law. Laura is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
