Laura Villaseñor is a litigator with a focus on complex civil litigation matters, including intellectual property, labor and employment, and securities. She has experience in various phases of pre-litigation and litigation, such as drafting demand letters, pleadings, answers, law and motion, discovery, subpoenas, summary judgments, and general trial preparation.



Laura began her legal career with Ropers Majeski in their Los Angeles office, focusing on trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, and labor and employment cases. She later joined Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in their Century City office, where she represented insurers in complex coverage and litigation matters. Over the years, Laura has worked on entertainment and securities matters with various firms, and her current practice primarily focuses on labor and employment matters, handling claims of race, gender, age, and disability discrimination and harassment under FEHA, as well as wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, and IIED.
